As well as our team of over 200 care workers we have curated a small team who coordinate the care we provide, Many of this team started with us as care workers and the whole team are trained and registered to provide care as a contingency plan
It’s about a change in approach
20 years ago Brenda Bothwell, while working in nursing, noticed a gap in the healthcare service and a need... for a care at home service that would facilitate people living independently at home with the goal of realeving pressure of the service and improving peoples lives.
With the help and support of her family Brenda took the risky decision to give up her career and start a business... now in 2023 she was named managing director of the year at the Scottish women's awards.
