Nicola Kerr – Training & Recruitment Lead

Nicola oversees our training, recruitment, and reception teams while personally inducting every new carer who joins the family. Managing all our in-house training and ensuring strict safer hiring procedures are constantly maintained, she has also worked hard to build genuine, trusting relationships with our care teams out in the community. She is supported by Julia, Diane, Shona, and Caitlin, who help keep our office running seamlessly.

Shaun Bothwell – Finance Manager

Shaun looks after the financial backbone of the company, expertly managing all payroll and invoicing with absolute precision to ensure our staff and operations run smoothly.

Amber – Finance Support

A warmly welcomed returning member of the team, Amber has rejoined Paramount Care Aberdeen in a new role providing dedicated support to our finance department.
